FORCE Therapeutics is Hiring an Account Executive Near New York, NY

Force Therapeutics is a leader in digital care providing a SaaS based platform used by over 700,000 patients to recover from surgery at hundreds of facilities nationwide. The business has a variety of clients which include Academic Medical Centers, ASC and large PE back practices. The clinical and financial impacts of Force have been validated across 145 studies with surgeon leaders.

We are a dynamic group of Product, Client Success, Marketing and Sales executives who are passionate about our Company’s mission and the use of digital care to solve big health care problems. 

About the Position:

We are hiring an experienced Account Executive to join our growing Commercial team and take our platform capabilities and services to new organizations. We have a rich pipeline of opportunities and want someone who can intelligently articulate our value with confidence to new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Run a proven sales process and win new health care clients 
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with prospects
  • Leverage sales expertise to design and sell the best Force solution for each client
  • Manage complete sales journey from introductions (often created by marketing) to product demonstrations and business cases
  • Uphold sales process best practices (updating SalesForce, completing MBOs, leveraging client-title mapping, building MAPs, etc)
  • Facilitate smooth hand-off of closed / won opportunities to Client Success team 
  • Actively prospect and source qualified new logo opportunities (along with Marketing team)
  • Contribute to internal and market-facing thought leadership initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Force on commercial and company-wide initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • 2-5 years SaaS sales experience in the healthcare industry (required)
  • Experience selling into the MSK space, ideally with a focus in on Health systems, ASC’s and private practices 
  • A track record of managing multiple opportunities across a broad customer network 
  • Motivation and demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding performance targets
  • Excellent task management, responsiveness, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast paced work environment 
  • Experience or passion to drive business growth strategy as part of an innovative healthtech company
  • Excellent questioning, listening, and storytelling skills
  • Grit and tenacity - will not give up when things are difficult
  • Solution-oriented and able to take constructive feedback
  • Strong ability to influence others, primarily through emails and video calls 
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed (although most of our sales process is currently remote)

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • Salary range between $65,000 - $90,000 (based on experience and location), plus a generous commission plan that can be 50% of base salary
