ForAllSecure is Hiring a Remote Senior Recruiter

The opportunity:

As the Senior Recruiter at ForAllSecure you are focused on attracting talent to ForAllSecure and enabling the business to meet its hiring needs across all functions. 

You are responsible for turning the business needs into an actionable recruiting strategy and building proactive plans to address critical talent gaps, helping the organization to assess and select talent for now and in the future, and ultimately creating a competitive advantage in the talent marketplace.

You are a critical driver throughout the entire hiring lifecycle from partnering with senior leadership to identify hiring needs through to the onboarding of new hires. 

You are someone who ensures an exceptional candidate experience therefore contributing to the promotion of an attractive employer brand.

What you will do:

  • Consult with senior leadership on critical talent gaps and drive an effective and efficient strategy to support the hiring needs of the organization.
  • Proactively research and share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business and organizational design decisions.
  • Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process, interviewing and selection techniques, and set expectations on how to conduct an effective hiring process.
  • Network, source and build pipelines of talent for our open and ongoing hiring needs.
  • Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to understand candidate qualifications and competencies.
  • Conduct debrief sessions with hiring managers to discuss candidate performance and next steps.
  • Maintain, uphold and contribute to ForAllSecure’s Talent Acquisition process workflows and compliance.
  • Project manage and lead internal Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage process flow of our open requisitions and provide an exceptional candidate experience utilizing our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Provide ongoing regular updates and reporting to business leaders on hiring progress and steps you are taking to continue to progress.

You are someone who:

  • Has 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Has excellent time management, follow through and organizational skills.
  • Is able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders at one time.
  • Has a proven track record of building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Understands the talent market including what tools to use to better reach and attract talent. 
  • Has used an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage recruiting process flows (we use Greenhouse).
  • Is able to display data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
