Overview

This position will support the execution of marketing calendar initiatives and report on KPIs consistently to optimize performance of campaigns. The role will develop and activate grand opening store events for new locations and maintain ad fund expenditures. The position will manage multiple vendor relationships to optimize brand communication.

Responsibilities

Technical Skills:

§ Coordinate campaign calendars across media channels and commercial policy to optimize campaigns and testing.

§ Be responsible for the constant update in the marketing calendar for internal alignment among product, legal, marketing and operation areas 

§ Develop strategic marketing plan for all new store openings - Manage grand opening budget

§ Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts in order to refine and enhance future campaigns.

§ Support field related adaptations of commercial offerings to ensure optimal store presentation.

§ Align planned campaigns with Vendors

§ Manage and reporting on ad fund spending (projections, risks, efficiencies).

§ Do weekly analysis of store traffic

Qualifications

§ Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

§ MBA preferred

§ Fluent in English and in Spanish.

§ 4 years of related experience, required retail experience

§ Experience of activating promotional calendars with keen understanding of future demands in order to proactively activate marketing initiatives

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

§ Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners

§ Ability to use MS office applications – PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook

§ Excellent organization skills – able to prioritize and
