Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

FFP is in search of a candidate to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist at our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Collect customer receivables
• Posting customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Track efforts with regard to collections activity
• Contract’s experience
• Collection experience
• Familiar with Accounting software
• Use of multiple port systems.
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Follow up on, collecting and allocating payments.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Proficient with all basic computer skills and computer software applications including but not limited to MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.
• Assists with other finance team duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 7am-4pm; Monday – Friday
• 8-hour shifts
