OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, BRENTWOOD, NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

Job Objective:

Complete clerical and administrative tasks for the Management Team. Promote organization and a warm office environment to help maximize production of the Team Members.

Job Scope:

The Office Administrator will offer administrative and clerical support to the Management Team. The position requires organization and self-motivation to be top core characteristics. The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with the leadership team to ensure the team members are performing at their highest ability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurate, prompt, and efficient data entry of day-to-day transactions for the General Manager.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the General Manager.
  • Track, Purchase and Organize office supplies and equipment as needed for the Brentwood office.
  • Assist Sales Team in entering sales and purchase orders, logging PO appointments, sending PO copies, and entering costs for price list.
  • Schedule office building repairs, as necessary.
  • Coordinate Brentwood team activities.
  • Make travel arrangements for senior managers.
  • Handle phone and front office activities.
  • Receive mail and packages; send mail and packages to outside couriers, as necessary, will require package drop off at outside couriers.
  • Assist and perform other tasks as required.

Job Requirements & Experience:

  • Associates degree or better.
  • Prior experience in data entry.
  • Strong communication attributes verbal and written.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • In-depth knowledge of office management.

Job Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong aptitude for numbers and details.
  • Strong ability to work and construct spreadsheets.
  • Strong ability with Microsoft Office 365, Canva, & Adobe
  • Strong ability to comprehend company ERP system.
  • Work collaboratively and interact with various company teams.
  • Time management, Multitasker and Organization skills a key core characteristic.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 20lbs, must be able to move around inside the office to access files cabinets, and office machinery, etc.
