Who We Are:

We believe a workplace food program is something employees should love and look forward to every day. Every day each Fooda location is served by a different restaurant that comes onsite and serves fresh lunch from their chef’s unique menu. Now with over 50 million meals sold, Fooda operates in over 20 major cities across the U.S. Eight out of ten employees believe Fooda is one of their company’s top perks.

Work closely with Fooda Finance team on monthly processes (payroll and benefits billing) as needed
  • Support Fooda’s Recruiting team—initiate pre-onboarding ‘paperwork’ and background checks, and coordinate candidate travel as needed
  • Administer and update data in Fooda’s HRIS and related systems with the utmost accuracy. Document employee changes (e.g., promotions, manager changes, relocations) in internal memos and capture updates in HR systems
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files and org charts. Ensure files, I-9s and other employee records are up to date
  • Provide administrative support to HR programs and processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, performance check-ins, employee engagement survey, employee communications, benefits open enrollment, and other HR programs

  • Be well-versed in and clearly communicate to employees and managers all Fooda policies and programs
  • Ensure the Chicago Office (Fooda HQ) is well-stocked, tidy and organized. Register guests to the building; receive and distribute incoming mail and packages as required; liaise with outsourced office attendant to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate planning and logistics of office events and meetings
  • Complete HR administrative duties as assigned with discretion and high attention to detail.
