Emergency Room Nurse

FocusPoint has Travel ER Nurse Assignments in multiple locations.

We are currently seeking an experienced team of ER Nurses. The ideal candidates should have recent travel experience and emergency department experience.

Estimated Overall Assignment Amount: $16,380 to $30,420 | plus per diem & housing

Estimated Overall Weekly Amount: $1,260 to $2,340 | plus per diem & housing

Emergency Room Unit Nurse Requirements:

• Active RN License as may be required
• RN degree from an accredited registered nurse program
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (certifications varies by location)
• EPIC experience preferred
• 6 months of Emergency Room nursing experience (Varies by assignment)

Emergency Room Nurse Wage Benefits:

• $35/hr to $65/hr
• $52.50/hr to $97.50/hr OT
• Estimated weekly (36 hours): $1,260 to $2,340
• Weekly Per Diem: Varies by location

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the care of adult and/or pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high-intensity therapies, and interventions
• Close communication with all members of the healthcare team, as well as the ability to independently recognize the need for early intervention
• Provide support, education, and comfort to patients and their families during their emergency room experience
• Provide IV insertion, intubation, medicine administration, blood drawing, and many other medical procedures.
• Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
