What Will you be Doing?

• Work closely with referral partners under the guidance of a physician to insure proper patient assessment and proper treatment throughout the course of care
• Attract new business to the home health industry using superior customer service and maintaining current business relationships
• Help build collaborative working relationships both internally and externally by aligning business development with office operations
• Increase patient admission to meet or exceed budget goals
• Maintain 80% (or above) of Medicare admissions

$70 - $105 / Year (to commensurate with experience)

Minimum Requirements

• Displays excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.
• Must have a driver’s license

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health related field preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 2 years of Home Health Marketing experience is required with a track record of meeting established sales expectations as a provider of Medicare certified nursing services.
