Overview

Manage the entrances of the Service department, following up the assigned tasks generated with the appropriate departments, always looking to satisfy the client in their needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process the purchase orders from the customers into the ERP system until the shipment of the products.
• Generate the invoices in the ERP system, to assure that the orders of the customers are shipped correctly and on time.
• Follow up with production department the schedule plan to fulfill customers purchase orders.
• Update Sales Orders in ERP system.
• Follow-up any requirement from the customer.
• Review the prices on new Purchase Orders.
• Support to the sales area.
• Communication with Finance. Department related to accounts receivable.
• Follow up any extraordinary requirements of our clients.
• Notify to finance of any price adjustments made to clients.
• Obtains production projections from the customers.
• Meet all company policies, procedures, and ethics.

Qualifications

Education level: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required.

Experience: At least 2 years in the Administrative area, and direct contact with the client.

Specific knowledge: Knowledge of effective, teamwork and proper time management.
