FM:Systems is seeking a Project Manager to manage key projects within our Product Management Organization. This individual will possess a passion for technology, excellent written/verbal skills and be a key member of the team necessary to move forward large-scale Product and Technical initiatives. The list of projects will evolve over time however the initial focus will be tied to achieving FedRamp compliance, as well as various DevOps and Hosting initiatives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and lead all aspects of project delivery to ensure project completion on time, within budget & scope meeting the goals and priorities of each project.
• Be responsible for engaging key stakeholders across business, technology, and product while working closely with engineering to build consensus, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth execution.
• Identify issues, risks, in collaboration with the team to drive continuous improvement and team efficiency.
• Coordinate, facilitate and lead cross-functional team meetings to ensure team alignment and engagement in project deliverables.
• Become an expert in the FMS products and projects.
• Manage interdependencies between teams
• Create project plans, track project performance, and identify risks to report out progress and remove blockers.
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all cross functional teams and vendors stakeholders of the projects.
• Effectively communicate project status updates, challenges, and risks to ensure alignment across the organization and Senior Leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and experience with them:

• 3 years’ experience within SaaS Project Management from a growth, mid stage tech company
• Bachelors (4 year) college degree in engineering, science, business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with leading Projects using software like JIRA, Monday.com, Asana, etc.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks/ projects at the same time, and can prepare and execute very detailed project plans.
• Ability to drive projects while working with internal stakeholders and vendors with different levels of technical expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• Ability to travel from time to time (limited travel < 10%)
• Project Management Certification a plus
