Reporting to the Senior Director, People, the People Business Partner will be responsible for supporting specific USA-based client groups with all People/HR matters within a global shared services model.The PBP will work with managers to enhance the employee experience, build a culture of high performance and people-centric environment, and contribute to the continued success of Flyhomes.
