Marketing Coordinator

Location: 1265 Airport Road, Boulder City, Nevada 89005

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly materialization reporting.
• Perform competitive benchmark studies.
• Create and maintain a 13-month rolling demand calendar.
• Manage daily client correspondence to ensure efficient and accurate customer service strategy.
• Work in liaison with reservations and accounting departments as a team.
• Work with other departments in compiling client status reports and any relevant updates.
• Perform any other reasonable requests made by management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and familiarity with a variety of computer programs and data formats.
• Experience in the hospitality field or marketing and yield is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
