WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing daily Human Resource support to the team the Fluidra Perris location. Additionally, they will play a hands-on role in providing outstanding service and support to our HR Operations team. This position requires a levelheaded professional who can work closely with management and staff at all levels in providing HR support.

Due to the nature of the position within the company, the candidate will be required to exercise discretion and sound judgment concerning confidential information. The candidate must conduct all activities in a manner, which is at all times fair, moral, ethical, and legal.

Additionally, you will:

  • Administer change of status paperwork and corresponding to HRIS inputs including transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team with coordinating and scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters and completing background checks.
  • Partner with local leadership team to promote effective relationship management and communications.
  • Coordinate and organize training and other values- related employee events and activities.
  • Assist with event planning and employee engagement activities
  • Respond to inquiries related to policies, employee relations, performance management, compensation processes, benefits and payroll
  • Maintain and enter all HRIS data in ADP and Cornerstone. Create and run reports from ADP and Cornerstone
  • Acts as liaison with ADP on trouble shooting and solving HRIS system issues
  • Prepare SOP’s, workflows and checklists related to Human Resource Department
  • Assist with annual Values and Engagement survey activities
  • Assist with the HR onboarding and offboarding of talent
  • Assist with other HR projects, as assigned

WHAT WE SEEK

  • Fluency in English written and verbal communication.
  • 2 years of experience maintaining electronic records with a product lifecycle management tool
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Gmail
  • Understanding of office procedures, including filing, record management and document archival
  • Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to provide written and verbal status reports, system metrics, etc
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with sensitive information
  • Well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
