This position is remote.

Job Summary:

A Product Designer has a proficient mind for design and works closely with management, marketing, product and engineering partners to build a world class client experience. You must have leadership capabilities to manage ideas, timelines and deliverables in a collaborative environment with quick deadlines. This role advocates for user-centered design techniques, data-driven decision processes and the highest aesthetic quality. The ideal candidate must be a creative thinker and self-starter who can manage ideas through execution.

Your Role:

  • Orchestrate the user experience across our platform and marketing
  • Plan and execute projects based on the product development pipeline
  • Contribute creatively to the product development pipeline
  • Quality assurance testing and optimization of user experience
  • Present issues and risks, and their business impact with proposed mitigation
  • Actively seeks and removes impediments 
  • Collaboration across multiple business units and functional departments to develop and deploy solutions that address key business initiatives 
  • Design new product features
  • Design human centric product experiences
  • Understand customer needs
  • Vet ideas for new products and improvements
  • Create product design standards
  • Perform product design reviews

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field, a plus but not required, we look for proven talent and skill
  • 5 yrs in UX Design and implementation
  • Enterprise software development experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma preferred
  • Experience with the advertising industry, a plus
  • Knowledge of data-driven development methodologies 
  • Knowledge of current development strategies and trends across web application platforms
  • Passion and expertise working with engineering, product, and marketing teams
  • Eye for design details and skills facilitating visual reviews 
  • Loves feedback and understands iterative development cycles
