Mission & Outcomes: This role serves as a key member of the Operations management team. This person shall have domain over the critical back office functions that allow the company to ship, transact and service its customers. The Operations Manager will have direct oversight over a team to ensure that functions such as, purchasing, logistics, inventory control, and distribution all occur timely and with great accuracy to support the rapid growth of the company.
Great Candidates: Will have over 5 years of relatable experience in an Operations/Purchasing/Logistics/Inventory Control/Distribution role with 3-years managing people. Some key requirements: an obsessive-level of detail orientation, assertive internal communication, quality work in a fast-paced environment, build and motivate a team and beat assigned metric goals.

Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation (DOE), bonus eligible, comprehensive and competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A, 401k) and Paid Time Off.
