This position's main responsibilities include, customer service, operating a cash register at the bakery counter and maintaining a clean and organized lobby. This position will require you to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner and answer questions about bakery products and services. The ideal candidate will have a very outgoing, personal and empathetic personality and will be able to naturally develop a rapport with our customers.

Flour Child Bakery prides itself in maintaining a positive family like atmosphere while keeping a professional appearance. Making sure our customers feel at home and are treated with the utmost respect is our main priority. This position requires a bubbly and relatable personality and ability to maintain a positive attitude.

Other duties will include maintaining a clean dining area and fully stocked counter as well as other light cleaning, and dishes.

Flour Child Bakery is a fast-paced family run business that requires attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and recipes as directed.

Required Skills:

• At least one year of relevant food service experience preferred
• Extremely friendly, outgoing, and welcoming personality
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work on a team in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work early in the morning or evening
• Ability to work weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
