Flex Technology Group is looking for a Field Service Technician where the employee is capable of multitasking and managing a full workload. The individual is responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance
• Maintains equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
• Manages an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP's
• Maintains an accurate assigned parts inventory
• Delivers exceptional customer service
• Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships
• Maintains positive relationships with employees
• Contributes as a team player
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-2 years related experience preferred
• HS diploma/GED required
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by FlexPrint
• Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivator
• Basic computer knowledge* MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook)
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances
