Immediate opportunity for experienced full-charge Bookkeeper / Accountant with experience working for a Manufacturing company. Floorguard Products has been in business for 30 years, experiencing tremendous growth each and every year. Come join our friendly work environment with a fantastic team!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Liaison to President on all accounting matters
- Account Receivables
- Daily Bank Deposits
- Reconcile Credit Card Deposits
- Bank Reconciliation
- Monthly Sales Tax
- QuickBooks Maintenance (when needed)
- Collections (when needed)
- Accounts Payables
- Inventory Control
- Production Schedule
- Purchasing
- Receiving of Product (item receipts in QB, enter bill)
- Manufacture raw material into sellable products
- Retail Pricing (mark up and margins)
- Enter Principal and Interest for vehicles
- Monthly QuickBooks closing
- Quarterly QuickBooks closing
- Inventory
- Year end closing of QuickBooks
- Year end inventory count
- Bi-weekly payroll using Paylocity
- Working closely with CPA
- Receive rent checks and deposits (building)
- Enter Principal and interest on building loan monthly
- Pay monthly condo dues
- Collect Month condo assessments and deposit
- Yearly budget for Condo Association
- Host yearly condo meeting
Requirements:
- At least five years of recent experience for one employer as a full-charge Bookkeeper/Accountant
- College degree in Accounting
- Must be a QuickBooks Pro and advanced in Excel
- Must be a US citizen and cannot have any felony convictions.
- Local applicants only, please; already a reasonable daily commute for you to the Aurora area.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
