Job Description:

As a Bartender at Floods Urban Seafood, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of cocktails, beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for mixology, a warm and engaging personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and Serve: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, following established recipes and techniques.
• Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area, glassware, and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained to uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide change to customers.
• Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the bar and restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume establishment is preferred but not required. We welcome enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are willing to learn.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, as well as a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• TIPS or other relevant alcohol service certification is a plus.
