Float Oasis is Hiring a Front Desk / Receptionist (FT) Near Brookfield, WI

Front Desk / Receptionist at a Massage and Float Therapy Spa.
About Float Oasis:
Float Oasis is an established, well-respected, and rapidly growing, Massage and Flotation Therapy Spa in Brookfield, just outside Milwaukee. We provide a zero-gravity environment where the mind and body can completely relax and reset.
The Front Desk / Receptionist responsibilities include:
  • Leading a team of service professionals.
  • Ensuring that the spa provides high levels of customer service, a consistently clean facility, friendly service, and responds to member feedback.
  • Set and achieve spa membership goals.
  • Work face-to-face with clients including the front desk.
  • Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and flotation therapy.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
  • Executing daily spa walkthroughs and following through on any deficiencies identified during the process.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Analyzing member feedback sources to determine improvements in processes and service.
  • Compliance (Water Chemistry, etc.).
  • Troubleshooting float tank technical problems.
  • Must be able to work some cleaning shifts.
  • Hourly rate starting at $16 per hour.
Position Requirements:
  • Polite, professional, and palatable phone voice.
  • Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, and other general IT knowledge.
Work ScheduleWe would require at least one evening shift from 2:30 PM-10:30 PM and one weekend shift either Saturday or Sunday. Please do not apply if you are not available for these shifts.
