The company is a manufacture and distributor of their sealing products, fluororesin fittings, pumps, and tubing to the U.S. semiconductor, oil & gas, chemical industry. Their patented fluororesin fitting, the S300, has become a de facto standard among many prominent tool makers and device manufacturers.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager utilizes industrial technical knowledge while performing Marketing, Research, Client relations and Sales functions. 50% of work must include Outside Sales activity and manage their sale team and report to COO/ CFO.
Job Responsibilities:
• Initiate, develop, establish, and maintain customer and market network and take care of customers' complaints.
• Outside sales activity as well as sales-related activity such as making quotations, sales log & reports, inventory controls and market analysis/ forecast.
• Administer contracts for sales of the following products: Mechanical Seal: Gland Packing; Gasket, Other New Market products handled by the company.
• Conduct presentations (company introduction, product introductions, technical explanations, etc.)
• Plan, attend and organize exhibitions.
• Perform/ Supervise or support Mechanical Seal job repairs.
• Required to travel throughout the U.S. & Canada.
• Manage the Sales team and report it to CFO/COO or their overseas HQ.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Great experience and has established good networks/ connections in Power, Oil, Gas, Chemical industries.
Required Skills:
• Good understanding of API682, 622, 624 and others.
• Good understanding of seal products like Mechanical Seal, Gland Packing, and Gasket.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, writing and speaking capabilities.
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently at a native proficiency.
• Good understanding of field operations in the above-mentioned industries.
• Computer skills with Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
• Knowledge of Oil /Gas/ Chemical/ Semiconductor industries and train Sales reps.
OTHER DUTIES:
• Submit monthly/ annual report to COO/CFO.
• 50% of work to include outside sales activities such as business trips/ networkings to connect with all existed / potential clients.
