FLEETCOR is Hiring a Senior Scrum Master Near Beaverton, OR

What We Need FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Senior Scrum Master within our NA Fuel Shared division. This position falls under our NAF line of business and is located in Beaverton Or. In this role, you will; Organize and Facilitate scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) Manage the team releases and Assist in creating a release plan and help maintain the prioritized project/product backlog Find methods to effectively help the product owner manage the product backlog Remove impediments by coordinating meetings and following up Manage relationships and communicate with key stakeholders, including leadership Prepare reports and updates as needed Continually assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable Assist the team in making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition Maintain consistency within Jira and polices the proper use of the tool amongst the Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics Facilitate discussions and conflict resolution in order to improve team productivity while always promoting continuous improvement You will report directly to the Vice President and regularly collaborate with scrum team. How We Work As a Scrum Master you will be expected to work in a virtual environment.
