What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Hotel Support Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will assist in Hotel Department Operations. You will report directly to the Hotel Operations Supervisor.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Assisting hotel coordinators in file maintenance by securing extensions for families
• Confirming hotel check-outs and requesting folio
• Using hotel database to update files to reflect current activity
• Informing hotels of revised paperwork by fax
• Communicating with policyholders and hotels regarding hotel check out dates
• Communicating updates via phone, text, e-mail, TM, and ACT as necessary
• Taking incoming calls from adjusters and entering claims into the portal
• Assisting with any projects assigned by Hotel Operations Supervisor
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• ACT database experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• High level of professionalism
• Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position
