Director Product ManagementWhat We Need FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a/an Integrations Product Manager within our Corpay One division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Remote. In this role, you will Work directly with the Integrations and Bill Pay development team to prioritize and manage the work backlog. Responsibilities include the identification of market needs, defining Epics and User Stories, supporting customer service, sales and marketing and acting as the Product Owner on the Scrum team. You will report directly to VP of Product Management and regularly collaborate with Development. How We Work As a Product Manager you will be expected to work in a/an virtual environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing: • Assigned workspace in home office set up• Company-issued equipment remote access (Laptop, docking station, monitor, keyboard/mouse)• Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: • Collaborating with the VP of Product Management and customers to establish a Product Roadmap that drives retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers• Prioritizing the product backlog for delivery of new features, enhancements to existing features and support for the current product.• Translating roadmap Epics into well defined features, user stories and acceptance criteria• Working in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, refine requirements, and continuously improve as a team• Becoming a product SME and support the sales, marketing and customer service organizations through product education Qualifications & Skills • At least 5 years of experience in a Product Owner and/or Product Manager role working with software development teams• Experience working with SaaS applications with thousands of users• Experience with Agile software development tools (Jira)• Experience defining requirements for software integrations (desired)• Bill Pay, Bookkeeping or Accounting experience in practice or within supporting an application (desired)• Experience with accounting applications like QuickBooks and Xero (desired)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Bachelor’s degree in a related field Benefits & Perks • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire• Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)• Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide• Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time• Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)• Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations• Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizesOur Company & Purpose FLEETCOR is a global leader in business payments, laser focused on developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses.
