What We NeedFLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Director of Product Management within our North American Fuel division. This position falls under our Comdata line of business and is located in Nashville. In this role, you will build, manage, and launch go-to-market product strategies for the small fleet sales channel. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Product and regularly collaborate with IT, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Credit, etc. How We WorkAs a Director of Product Management, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in Nashville and/or AtlantaCompany-issued equipmentRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Developing the deep expertise of the small fleet trucking customer in order to demonstrate industry leadership and influence the product roadmap.Conducting market, customer, and competitor analyses to identify opportunities to improve our core offerings or introduce new concepts.Creating, managing, and launching go-to-market plans for the small sales channel.Managing effective product-related customer communications and sales collateral to effectively and succinctly simplify the product's value proposition.Establishing key performance metrics to measure product success on an ongoing basis and adapting a roadmap to improve product performance.Creating and executing product plans (short-term and long-term) that drive growth in the market, primarily from new sales, product utilization, cross-sell, and improved customer satisfaction/retention.Strengthening the FLEETCOR brand at relevant touch points and broadening the product range based on customer insight and demand, while being point of contact for Sales leadership.Working with a cross-functional team in a matrixed environment (including IT, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Credit) to manage products and solutions in the market.Working with product peers, operations teams, sales and service to ensure internal stakeholder considerations are capturing, prioritizing and implementing.Qualifications & SkillsUp to 10 years of product management experience, preferably within a Credit Card Portfolio and/or a Fuel Card Provider.Proven ability to grow best-in-class, differentiated and creative products through sound vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.Contribute by insightful and thoughtful questioning, offering new ideas, and delivering solutionsAmbitious and resourceful; results-oriented; highly innovative.
