About The Role:Become a Subject Matter Expert on the Corpay One product and provide training, best practice recommendations, and create supplementary documentation Analyze and document system and business requirements to properly configure Corpay One according to customer requirements Ability to develop and execute customer-focused, consultative skills to solve complex problems Understand your customer’s business and drive product adoption of new features and work to identify sales opportunities within existing accounts Be the go-to resource for your customers and handle all internal and external communication to help resolve issues Interact with members of cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Support Represent the voice of the customer to influence the product development roadmap Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Understanding of the full cycle accounts payables process Proven record interacting with executives and c-level staff at small to medium-sized businesses Working knowledge in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Sage Intact, Netsuite, or similar ERPs preferred
