Account Director What We Need FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Account Director. This position falls under our Account Management line of business in Client Services and is located in Dallas, TX. The Account Director will report to the SVP. The Account Director will be responsible for managing high value enterprise clients with a multi-regional footprint. The Account Director will focus on developing and implementing strategies maximize savings and value for money for our clients while securing a healthy margin for our company. How We Work As an Account Director you will be expected to work in a Hybrid/Remote environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Dallas, TX. Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Monthly home internet stipend Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Primary point of contact for the client for all matters related to Crew Owning of SLA's and responsible for providing reporting to ensure compliance Working with hotel and transportation suppliers on issue resolution Managing and mentoring the allocations team Ensuring the monthly allocation process is running smoothly and on track Managing the monthly hard block analysis and booking process in collaboration with the client and other internal stakeholders Coordinating the involvement of other cross functional teams required to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations: Finance, Market Research, Implementations, Operations and Information Technology. Preparing, delivering and presenting all required deliverables, including QBR. Working with the Data Analytics team to identify trends and savings opportunities Participating in product development by sharing feedback and user reviews Responsible for giving visibility to the client about the opportunities and risk related to contracting, operations and Project Status. Responsible for capturing any issue, concern or question regarding operations in order to obtain satisfactory feedback to the client Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs, In depth understanding of the needs of client’s operations as well as understanding their accommodation requirements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) is required and a Master’s program is preferred. 7 years of management/leadership experience in account management or customer success Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software Solid knowledge and understanding of Aviation and Hospitality Industry. Excellent people skills and a customer-focused approach to establish partnerships/alliances Significant experience in engaging and facilitating dialogue with C-level and senior executives Excellent time management and follow-up skills Strong negotiation skills Strong financial acumen and attention to detail Experience based “Issue Resolution” skills that facilitate dialogue across all levels of a business including IT and Operations.
