This role is primarily responsible for all-up management of Accounting, Finance, and HR functions of the business as well as forecasting and planning functions, working closely with the CEO and CRO.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and is able to perform the transactions accounting work (accounts payable, receivables, etc.)
• Prepare for and is main point of contact with required audits and tax preparation
• Reviews and prepares detailed financial analysis as it relates to routine KPI measurement and ad hoc project-based

• Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings.
• Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.
• Participate in weekly conference calls with accounting team and Leadership Team.
• Preparation and participation with executive team in board meetings
• Preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all local, state and federal tax returns.
• Work with Human Resources to ensure appropriate legal compliance.
• Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Represent company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors and officials.
• Remain current on audit best practices as well as state, federal and local laws regarding company operations.
• Oversee weekly cash management and AP Department, approve large payables, sign checks, authorize large wires and ACHs
• Supervise Accounts Receivable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in accounting teams within SaaS technology and data-driven environments.

• You pay meticulous attention to detail and stay extremely organized in a sometimes high-pressure and rapidly moving environment.
• You can prioritize, multi-task, problem solve and make solid decisions based on company policies and industry best practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 
• CPA or CMA Certifications
• Minimum of 5 years’ related work experience with a combination of public and corporate accounting/finance function.
• Ability to consistently create a professional, well documented work product
• QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Salesforce experience preferred
• Experience in a high growth SaaS company in ecommerce a plus
