As a BDR at Flashpoint you will get to do all of those things, including working alongside industry leaders, developing your technical expertise, and uncover opportunities in your growth interests. By working within a global risk intelligence company, you have the opportunity to develop your pipeline across a multitude of industries, uncover critical business opportunities, while working on a fast paced team. We have a role for you if,

  • You have familiarity with the Security or Intelligence space, or are eager to learn it quickly
  • You have been a strong contributor in both performance and culture 
  • You are comfortable working with a wide range of software tools
  • You have cultivated business leads from prospecting stage to successfully setting up meetings
  • You have coordinated high level conversations between prospects and AE’s
  • You don’t get discouraged by objections and find effective ways to handle them
  • You think outside of the box to craft engaging messaging outreach 

What you will achieve 

  • Within 30 days
    • You will have completed on boarding feeling ready to dive into the role
    • You are comfortable with our processes, tools, and our technology
    • You are able to articulate our products and services on a high level
  • Within 60 days 
    • You will be constantly learning and improving based off of the success and failures experienced
    • You have achieved ramp quota (50% of full quota) for month 2 of booking 5 qualified meetings with prospects
    • Hitting 30 dials and 30 emails daily for outbound outreach
  • By 90 days
    • You will have hit your ramp quota of booking 10 qualified meetings this month, feeling confident to hit a fully ramped quarter
    • You have aligned yourself with your sales counterparts to begin successful relationships 
    • You are able to articulate our value proposition and handle more in depth conversations with prospects
    • Hitting 50 dials and 50 emails for outbound outreach specifically

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • Prior Experience with Salesforce or other CRM’s, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo (not a must, but a big plus)
  • To have managed both an outbound and inbound workflow

Base Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000 plus commission
