|Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field 10 years experience OR
High School 15 years experience
Required: Prior experience working help desk tickets: engage customer, investigate issues, and communicate status and resolution to the customer. Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support. Troubleshoot customer issues. Provide technical support to customers. Create and maintain user accounts.
Desired: Experience using Xacta. Configuring log shippers (examples: Syslog and NxLog). Knowledge of Linux commands to perform dev/ops functions. Linux System Administration experience. Experience using Arcsight, Elasticsearch Kibana, or Splunk. NiFi
