ROLE DESCRIPTION

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for month end close processes.
• Produce and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Coordinate and record foreign entities transactions
• Produce monthly financial reporting package
• Establish, document and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Manage and oversee accounts payable function
• Work closely with billing team and resolve AR issues
• Maintain fixed assets schedule and depreciation schedule.
• Monitor day-to-day bank activities and cash management.
• Assist with preparation of company income tax return and financial statement audit.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Public Accounting experience
• Active CPA license
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Ability to direct and supervise employees
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office and databases; ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Strongly preferred: Knowledge of (MS Navision, Jet Reporting, Blackline)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 7 years accounting experience
• Public company experience a plus
• Proven management experience
