Job Description

Customer Service Representative - Phones

Responsibilities include:

• Answering a multi-line phone and serving as the first point of contact for patients
• Field a variety of inquiries, requests, and conversations with callers
• Schedule patient appointments for a 21-provider practice
• Assist with and/or relay patient requests/questions to clinical staff
• Cross-train in other Front Office positions including Check-in and Check-out
• Monitor provider schedules to ensure scheduling accuracy
• Perform various admin duties such as processing referrals, medical records and test results
• Other projects/duties as directed

Position Requirements:

• Medical office and Billing/insurance verification experience preferable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must believe in a patient centered approach
• Outstanding teamwork attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Work at an efficient and fast pace
• Must be self-motivated

We are a well-established, private practice that has been providing quality healthcare to Northern Arizona since 1978. Our center strives to provide state of the art care along with comprehensive medical education and superior customer service.

Our center provides integrated ancillary services for patient convenience including Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, Custom Bracing, Durable Medical Equipment, EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies, and Occupational and Physical Therapy.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
