Job Description

As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will:

  • Drive adoption of Fivetran’s services at large organisations within a specified territory, including signing new Enterprise target accounts and expanding usage across the existing customer base
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals
  • Lead in-depth discovery and demonstrate a deep interest in our Enterprise customers’ data challenges, identify required capabilities and positive business outcomes to drive towards valuable long term customer engagements
  • Clearly articulate business value created and enhanced through Fivetran’s services to a broad range of audiences from c-level executives to individual contributors, commercial and technical
  • Plan proactively, forecast accurately, and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing and progressing opportunities

What you bring to the table:

  • Integrity. If your customers and teammates cannot trust you to Do the Right Thing, you are in the wrong job.
  • Large enterprise software sales experience and well-developed pattern recognition for navigating complex organizations, ideally within the assigned territory.
  • Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inform and inspire even skeptical audiences.
  • Extreme organisational skills, demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes and to hold multiple stakeholders accountable throughout an extended sales cycle.
  • Familiarity with the modern data technology industry and key players, with aptitude to continually learn new technological concepts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “dynamic” (aka unpredictable) environment, while keeping a level head and accelerating through adversity.
  • Anything else that adds unique value to our already-diverse team and makes you more than an incremental contributor.
  • Previous experience with data integration, database, ETL, or business intelligence technologies is strongly preferred.
