Our Sales Associates are unique, independent, self-starters with an eye for fashion! As a Sales Associate, you will help to create the perfect shopping experience for our patrons by boutique merchandising, offering product knowledge, assisting with customer needs, handling cash and credit card transactions, stocking merchandise and maintaining a neat, clean and orderly boutique environment. QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience
• Strong merchandising and visual skills
• Excellent organization skills; able to execute tasks efficiently
• Proven customer service and customer focused skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales driven with an outgoing personality
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
• Proactive and creative problem solving ability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
• Occasional heavy lifting with assistance of team member or cart/dolly.
• Bending, rotating and reaching when pricing, receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Exposure to typical retail environment conditions and noise levels.
• Ability to operate a computerized point of sale system.
• Must be able to work alone

• Provides excellent customer service on the selling floor, in the fitting room and at the cash wrap
• Able to balance our guest experience with necessary operational tasks

VISUAL MERCHANDISING:

• Helps to maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to our guests
• Assists in delivering our visual brand standards by actively working with products including: stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising
• Takes initiative to educate themselves on product knowledge, campaign promotions and merchandising standards
• Demonstrates a passion for fashion by understanding trends

OPERATIONS:

• Understands and adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Performs boutique opening and closing procedures
• Ensure the selling floor, cash wrap and fitting rooms are clean and well maintained
• Demonstrates an interest and level of understanding of inventory and reorder levels
• Protects the physical assets of the boutique by participating in weekly audits, routine cycle counts and an annual physical inventory
• Setup, participate in and facilitate in-store and off site popup events

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
