Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Create and maintain Excel documents
• Update and input Salesforce data
• Serve as a coordinator between departments
• Provide updates and daily communication with corpate accounts. .

Experience
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an administrative or assistant role and demonstrate proficiency in the required skills. They should also have a strong background in customer service via email, phone, or face-to-face.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
