About the role

PAI is seeking a Health Economics Senior Analyst to join our hard working and dedicated team on cutting edge work. You will work with experienced professionals in economics, medicine, epidemiology, applied mathematics, programming, and applications development.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end health economic modelling, input to the development/ adaptation of complex health economics models
• Conduct statistical analyses using Excel, SAS, R, or other appropriate software
• Data analytics (RCTs, RWE)
• Develop and prepare literature review reports and study protocols
• HEOR strategy
• Manage a team of research associates on projects
• Monitor project timelines
• Interact with clients and communicate efficiently and effectively
• Ensure client satisfaction by anticipating client needs and meeting deliverable deadlines

Requirements

• Master’s degree in economics, Health Services Research, Applied Mathematics, Pharmacy, Public Health, Epidemiology, Applied Statistics, or similar discipline
• Demonstrated experience in analytic work and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English-language verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects in an intellectually challenging environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of research methods and implementation
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of pharmacoeconomics and epidemiology highly desirable
• Experience with Excel, SAS, and/or R
• Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience
