What does a Training Specialist do at Fiserv?

As a Training Specialist at Fiserv, you will be responsible for training and coaching new associates and maintaining accuracy of training documentation.
What you will do:

  • You will do refresher training for tenured associates when required.
  • Problem solving is required and ability to resolve issues when needed.
  • Maintain training records and meet with Managers or Training Coordinator to confirm training needs.
  • You will work with the Training Coordinator to build and perfect subject matter for training.

What you will need to have:

  • Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation) and uses hands to handle, finger, or feel objects and to perform keyboarding.
  • Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
  • Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20 to 50 pounds
  • Successful performance requires good vision including close vision for accurate attention to detail
  • Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays

What would be great to have:

  • Trainer Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast paced, high volume production environment and understanding of production concepts.
  • A team player that works well with others but can also work independently
