What does a successful Full Stack Software Engineer do at Fiserv? You will be part of an Agile team involved in designing, developing, testing and deploying APIs and microservices in cloud-native technologies. Your work will help financial institutions and consumers around the world with quick, secure, and reliable transactions and solutions to their needs. What you will do: Utilize your hands-on experience in Java, Microservices, and RESTful API development to develop and support applications through the SDLC Develop the CI/CD pipeline, test automation framework, and automate build and deployment processes Collaborate with internal teams and product partners to build and deliver world-class software Complete security scans, support PII data masking, and review data encryption processes before deploying software into production environment Ensure code is well structured, maintainable, and of high quality What you will need to have: 7 years of experience in using Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, Source Code Management (GITHUB, Maven and Azure Repos), SoapUI, Microservice development (Spring Boot), and CI/CD DevOps (ADO, Jenkins) 5 years of experience in RDBMS (Oracle/Sql Server) 5 years of experience in JDBC, XML, XSD, JSON 5 years of experience with application security involving AAA (Authentication, Authorization and Auditing) and security patterns like AUTH2.0, JWT/JWS 5 years of hands-on experience working in Cloud Native technologies such as Kubernetes, Dockers, HELM Charts and OpenShift Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline What would be great to have: Prior experience in the finance or debit/credit cards domain Experience with one or more tools in automated unit testing such as Junit, Selenium and Cucumber Experience in middleware technologies like Kafka and Spark Experience in developing and deploying the web application on servers like JBoss, Apache and Tomcat Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and/or Agile methodologies Knowledge of LDAP, NoSQL databases Perks at work: We are #FISVProud of our commitment to wellness, preventive services, fitness, and work-life balance.
