Job Title Quality Assurance Manager What does an exceptional QA Manager do? We're looking for a Quality Assurance manager to help manage our Quality Assurance teams. Our teams perform both manual and Automation testing. You will be responsible to define Quality Assurance processes and deliver a high-quality product that helps financial institutions define and customize their underwriting strategy. As a QA manager, you can look forward to: Test plans and test documentation reviews and approvals. High level release management (release schedule planning and team communication). Defect repository management. (MTM). Define QA automation strategies and help team execute based on those strategies. Participate in high level solutioning for new features and help team design test cases based on that. Provide estimation for QA efforts. Manage QA team allocation and assist Scrum Master with Daily Standups. Establish and Track QA metrics which can provide quality trends and insights. Define QA team goals and Perform QA merit planning. Partner with multiple engineering teams, and multi-functional stakeholders. Adhere to Agile Sprints, Delivery Framework, and SDLC best practices Issue triaging. Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree with 12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. 5 years of experience with QA automation tools such as LoadRunner. 5 years of experience in managing Quality Assurance teams. 12 Experience in product development life cycle (SDLC & Agile). Domain knowledge of Banking and Finance, Lending, Loan origination technologies, Insurance and HealthCare Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree and/or Industry Certifications. Experience in Financial Services with a focus on enterprise architecture.
