What you will be doing As the first, dedicated Revenue Operations analyst, you will support the acceleration of building and maintaining a scalable growth engine. You will be responsible for working with the sales and marketing teams to create processes and systems to drive scale across the entire marketing and sales funnel. You will help implement new sales technologies, support the sales and customer success teams and support their usage of those tools. Working across functional teams, you will partner with leaders from sales, marketing, customer launch, and account management to establish a single source of truth, and create transparency across the acquisition, expansion, and retention processes. You will provide both qualitative and quantitative insights to help drive more effectiveness and efficiency in with our GTM activities. Understand and assess options to design and deploy sales assets and headcount to optimize sales coverage and results Help assess end-to-end process across the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for value capture and customer experience improvement Partner with the GTM team to ensure targets are met, identify bottlenecks, and find solutions. Provide forecasting and department planning support to all levels of the GTM team (headcount planning, budgets, forecasts, technology spend) Analyze sales tech stack usage and effectiveness to drive scale across the sales process Measure, track, and analyze the sales team's productivity and success via KPI’s Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success technology stack integrations Partner with HubSpot administrator to align CRM technology to scaling business needs Arm sellers with the right tools and resources to progress through a buying journey Help prepare monthly executive reporting data that includes metrics such as pipeline growth, quota attainments, win/loss rates, and sales team performance Work with product to generate product qualified leads Create a transparent process for tracking sales funnel and operational metrics, and explore alternatives to improve performance Travel as required – about 10-20% What you bring: Curiosity and desire to act quickly Proactive approach to problem solving Strong analytical and organizational skills 2 Years of Sales/Revenue Operations Experience Experience with various GTM Software: CRM (HubSpot), Prospecting (e.g. ZoomInfo), Enablement (e.g. Chili Piper), Marketing Automation (HubSpot & Amplitude), Customer Success The ability to work with Excel at an advanced level is required for both ad hoc and monthly reporting (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Data Filters, Data Validation, Slicers) Leading with emotional intelligence Change management experience - demonstrating the value, creating trust, and achieving adoption What we offer you A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities A competitive salary and benefits A variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technology Time to support charities and give back in your community .
