First Impressions Window Cleaning is Hiring a House Cleaner Near Ivins, UT

* You’ll love working for us. If you gotta' work it might as well be for nice people. Kindness is key in our business. We will treat you with kindness and respect.
* We don’t have managers, only leaders. What’s the difference? Managers’ tell you what to do and leaders show you what to do by doing and supporting.
* Perfect for guys or gals: The job is set up to be gentle, safe, and relatively easy. Our primary concern is that you show up on time (or early) and do the very best job you can.
* Hours are generally 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You won’t work nights, weekends or holidays.
* Starting pay is $15.25/hour. You’re paid weekly on Fridays.
* You keep all tips. This can be $5 to $10 per home but is not guaranteed of course.
* Income bottom line: you’ll earn about $60 to $75 per day $5 gas money per day before taxes for about 4 hours of work. Sometime less, sometimes more.
* This position is a "grow into" position meaning you will start out with fewer hours and as we add clients you will get more work. Shouldn't take too long. For example we have added 11 awesome, new clients in the last 14 days.
* There will be opportunities for advancement for the right person.
* You have to drive to your jobs so you’ll also receive gas and wear and tear compensation of $2.88 per job. You need to have an automobile and automobile insurance as you will drive to each job.

* You've done or do something interesting outside of work. Our first hire was a returned lady missionary. Our second hire had finished high school seven months early. The owner collects rare cactus’s and has kept aquariums for years.
