We are currently seeking a seasoned, customer-focused, solutions-oriented Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our Wealth Management Service Center Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize uses of Wealth Management Group (WMG) systems and applications. Work closely with WMG business units to understand business needs; and with current vendors and FHB Enterprise Technology Management to be keep abreast of and understand available solutions. You will also be responsible for complying with Enterprise Vendor Risk Management (EVRM) policy for onboarding and maintaining vendor relationships for WMG, managing WMG’s centralized contract files and provides support to WMG vendor owners for establishing new or renewal of existing agreements, and ensuring requests for information from Corporate Compliance, Trust Compliance, Enterprise Information Security (EIS), auditors and regulators are fulfilled, as necessary.

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have

• 3 or more years of experience in business analysis, risk analysis, or technology-vendor relations
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• Technical experience such as Business Analyst or Systems Analyst/Administrator preferred
