Who we are looking for:

First Eagle is seeking an HR Technology Manager to join the New York Human Resources team. This individual will lead the HCM implementation of Workday, while maintaining other HR systems. In addition, they will collaborate with senior leadership to develop new processes and efficiencies to support a growing company.

What you will do:

 

  • Lead the Workday HCM implementation process in partnership with key stakeholders throughout the firm (Human Resources, Finance, Business Optimization, etc.) and third-party providers (system integrators, consultants, vendors, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient Workday configurations.
  • Develop new functionality, improve existing processes, manage release updates, maintain system integrations with vendors and downstream systems.
  • Partner with People Insights and Analytics Manager to maintain data integrity and develop complex reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Maintain existing systems (UKG, Jobvite, etc.) during transitional period.

 

The qualities you should have:

  • Undergraduate Degree with a minimum of ten years Human Resources experience
  • Strong Excel, WORD and PPT skills required
  • Experience supporting Workday is required/experiencing implementing new modules is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Aptitude with various HR systems, data, and processes
  • Excellent attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Collegial, team player, and excellent relationship building skills

 

Base Salary range: $160,000 to $225,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.  We value our people and offer a broad range of benefits.
