Summary
First Choice Wellness & Infusion Centers is actively searching for a PRN Nurse Practitioner for our Columbus, GA ambulatory infusion center. This opening is currently a part-time position with an opportunity for growth to full-time in the future for the Georgia market. Applicants must have active licensing in Georgia.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent level of treatment and care options within ambulatory infusion center environment.
- Manage and maintain patient records and treatment details within industry standard software.
- Review and manage daily patient schedules, tasks, and results during work shift.
- Communicate with patient primary care physician or specialist regarding patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Medical/Master’s degree and certification.
- Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Georgia and free from sanctions from Medicaid and Medicare.
- Always maintain patient confidentiality and impartiality.
- Credentialed with BCBS of Georgia and other insurance companies a plus but not required.
- More than 4,000 hours / 2 years of collaborative practice experience.
Benefits
- Flexible part-time schedule around normal business hours (M-F, 9am-4pm) based on current patient load.
- This position will be a minimum of 2 days a week starting at $50/hr.
- 401(k) benefits available.
