We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller in the Financial Services industry with First Central Credit Union.

As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a variety of financial transactions. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers daily, providing them with account information, processing deposits and withdrawals, and assisting with other banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
• Assist customers with account inquiries, providing them with account balances and transaction history
• Cross-sell banking products and services, such as credit cards and loans, to meet customers' financial needs
• Adhere to all banking regulations and company policies to ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on banking procedures and policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
• ***Bilingual-Spanish Required***

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.65 - $17.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
