The Finance Analyst is the front-line, client-facing support representative. Primary responsibilities include processing individual transactions and serving as the liaison between sales representatives, equipment vendors and end user clients.
This position is a hybrid role with remote work availability 2-3 days per week; therefore a local Milwaukee candidate is required.

• Submit and process new credit applications in FBEF’s application processing system.
  • Consistently meet company defined performance metrics.
  • Analyze credit and financial information developing credit decisions up to $1 million.
  • Communicate decision and structure to FBEF salesperson, vendors and end user clients.

• Support operational workflow such as funding and documentation audits
  
  • Process all electronic payments.
  • Review and maintain the FBEF deposit log.
  • Ensure all payment processing coincides with funding schedules.

• Audit and maintain client database
  • Salesforce data custodian; monitor and maintain aging deal pipeline.
  • Curate and distribute monthly reporting initiatives.
  • Manage contact databases and coordinate applicable marketing campaigns. 

• Act as the primary Customer Service representative for FBEF sales team, clients, prospects and vendors
  • Take, investigate and satisfy customer account inquiries.
  • Make calls on behalf of FBEF salesperson to follow for missing or follow-up information and late payments.

Position Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar focus
  • Detail orientated with the ability to learn and retain complex policies and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time and priorities in multiple process environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with excellent writing and speaking skills.
• Proficient in a wide range of software programs including the MS Office suite of programs (particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM (e.g. SalesForce).
