Essential Functions
- In partnership with Account Manager, develops ongoing customer relationships
- Provide full range of services to assigned accounts, including customer service, training and providing solutions to customer problems
- Act as liaison to other internal and external entities
- Provide support to higher level Account Managers
- Create sales opportunities
- Gather data and provide information to answer questions and respond to inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 0-2 years related experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal communication
- Problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- May require a valid driver’s license
