The Customer Support Representative will provide support and account management services toconsumer replacement customers including US and Canadian dealers and company ownedlocations, or, to National Account customers. This will include processing, monitoring, andtracking orders as a key account holder for assigned locations, monitoring and producing dailyreports, as well as providing backup support to team accounts.
● Finalize sales orders and contracts and enter orders● Coordinate the processing and shipping of orders● Customer support and account management for a specific channel of customers● Handling of customer complaints and resolving issues● Researching SAP issues, plant mis-shipments, requesting vendor RGA's● Making Changes to orders on SAP● Customer support and account management for a specific channel of customers● Process, monitor, manage, and track orders for key customers● Analyze, produce, and monitor daily reports● Backup and cross-training with other team member’s and accounts● Other duties as assigned
Associates Degree in business or a related field required or High School diploma with 5years’ experience. 4 year degree preferred. ● 2 years of customer support experience in a call center or like environment.● Motivated and enthusiastic who is customer centric oriented● Strong analytical and organizational skills● SAP experience preferred.● Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills● Work ethic and integrity to be able to work in a team environment● Positive attitude, self-starter● Team player who leads by example● Outlook and Excel skillsWorking conditions
