CJ's Home Décor (Fireplace Doors Online) is looking for customer service and support representatives to join our growing team! We are an online business with multiple websites that deal with products in the hearth and home industry. We specialize in fireplace doors, fireplace accessories, and outdoor fire products.
The main responsibilities of this position are answering the phone, attending live chats, answering tickets, completing quotes, and scheduling follow-ups. We do not perform cold calls or solicit the general public, and that is not one of the requirements of this position.
All of our work is conducted online and over the phone from our local office, this is an in office position only. We are looking for candidates that are seeking long term employment and are willing to grow with the company. We are a small business and offer a casual but competitive work environment with many opportunities for growth.
