Fire and Ice Heating & Air Conditioning has been providing HVAC services to the Columbus and surrounding area for over 16 years! We value community involvement and participate in a variety of local programs including The James Cancer Center, Heat The Town and DAV just to name a few.
We are looking for an energetic, highly organized Call Center Representative to join our team in Columbus! In this role, you will schedule sales appointments and assist sales personnel in closing jobs. Assist the sales department in maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer, and all company departments. The Office Coordinator will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Primary Job Duties:
- Answer inbound calls
- Outbound calls to fill Sales team schedules
- Respond to customer inquiries, converting calls to scheduled sales leads
- Make recommendations based on customer needs through education and product offerings
- Provide weekly reports of lead generation and sales to the Manager
- Administrative support to assist with the overall efficiency of the Sales Dept
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent verbal skills
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Professional phone skills
- Creative thinker
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic personality
- Teachable
- Timely in all work and attendance
